Welcome to our Affiliate Program! By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These outline the rules, responsibilities, and benefits for affiliates promoting our products or services.

1. Eligibility and Registration

• Anyone can register for the Affiliate Program.
• All registrations are subject to manual approval by our team. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion, without providing reasons.
• Approved affiliates will receive confirmation and access to their affiliate dashboard.

2. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn a 10% commission rate on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links.
• Commission is calculated on the subtotal of the order, excluding shipping costs and taxes.
• Commissions are only earned on valid, completed purchases by referred customers.

3. Commission Restrictions and Rejections

• Self-referrals: Affiliates will not earn commissions on their own orders or purchases made using their own affiliate links.
• Cancellations and Refunds: Any commission associated with an order that is canceled, returned, or refunded will be rejected or deducted from the affiliate’s earnings.
• We reserve the right to reject commissions for any reason, including suspected fraud, violations of these terms, or non-compliance with promotional guidelines.

4. Tracking and Attribution

• Sales are tracked via cookies placed on the referred user’s device.
• The tracking cookie duration is 365 days, meaning if a referred user makes a purchase within 365 days of clicking your affiliate link, you will receive credit for the sale (subject to other terms).
• In cases of multiple affiliate referrals, the last-click attribution model applies (the most recent affiliate link clicked gets the commission).

5. Payment and Withdrawal

• There is a grace period of 30 days after a sale to account for potential returns, refunds, or cancellations before commissions become eligible for payout.
• The minimum withdrawal threshold is 500/- (or the equivalent in your local currency, if applicable).
• Payments are processed once your earnings reach or exceed the minimum threshold. We aim to pay out via your preferred method (e.g., bank transfer, PayPal) on a monthly basis, but delays may occur.
• Affiliates are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with their earnings.

6. Promotional Guidelines

• Affiliates must promote our products ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws, including advertising regulations and anti-spam rules.
• Prohibited activities include: spamming, misleading advertising, using unauthorized trademarks, or promoting on sites that contain illegal or offensive content.
• You must disclose your affiliate relationship in all promotions (e.g., “#ad” or “affiliate link”).

7. Termination

• Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time.
• Upon termination, any unpaid commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid out, subject to review.
• Violations of these terms may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of earnings.

8. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
