If the product is found damaged, return it immediately and do not accept the delivery. This allows us to process the return faster and confirms that the damage occurred during transit, making the delivery company (such as REDX, Pathao, Sundarban Courier Service, or others) responsible for it.

Post-Receipt Issues: If you accept the delivery and later discover any problem, contact us with proper evidence such as photos and videos. If the issue is covered under warranty, we will replace or exchange the item, but the customer will be fully responsible for bearing any delivery fees associated with the return or exchange.
